24-Hour Service for Medical Device Therapies

Especially in the case of PAH, the supply of life-saving medications must be guaranteed around the clock. Our professional staff is available at any time to answer questions or address technical issues.

We're here for you.

If patients require an infusion pump, they receive comprehensive training from qualified and specially trained staff—known as Care Givers—on how to properly use their pump, as well as an introduction to their treatment plan.

Their treating physicians also maintain close communication with the Care Givers to ensure the highest level of safety for patients undergoing treatment for their life-threatening condition.

The most important thing is to find a personalized solution that meets the patients' needs.

Our staff will assist you if

  • you have trouble filling the reservoir
  • an implanted or external pump sounds an alarm
  • you’re unsure how to use the pump
  • you have questions about activities while using the pump
  • you have questions about your treatment plan

If you have questions about using your OrphaCare medical devices, please contact our team!

Pump therapy requires a great deal of expertise. It’s very important that patients feel safe. That’s why I’m always available to them.

Prof. Irene Lang, MD

Care is everything. On the one hand, it means being available to patients when they have problems or concerns about using the pump. And on the other hand, it means having someone there for them who listens to them and looks after them. That’s what makes the service what it is.
